I spoke with Ray. He listened to my needs and gave very specific services based on our discussion. I sent pictures via text for him to look at the project before hand and he quoted a price based on my need and didn't try to over sell me. His price was very fair. It was a two day job, one for cleaning and next for treating. Ray was very accommodating to my timing and was very prompt. The actual treatment was finished on time by Ray and Pedro. Our 6 Step Painting Process

STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

We believe that the first step is just as important as the rest. When it comes to painting your home, we take pride in making sure we are with you every step of the way. That includes the very first phone call. We are eager to get to know you and get to know about your needs. The first point of contact, the first call you have with us, leads to us scheduling an estimate with you and getting to know more about what you need and want.

STEP 2: ESTIMATE

The moment we step foot on your property we are already at work to find the best solutions for what you are looking for. We are detailed, punctual, and upfront with our approach. We do our best to make sure you are getting the best possible advice and the best possible customer experience. Our estimates typically last 30 minutes to an hour. In that time we are busy working, brainstorming and planning on how we can help you to the utmost of our ability. Once the estimate is complete, we find out if we’re a good fit for you and if you’re a good fit for our company. Then finally the fun part begins if you choose to go with us.

STEP 3: SCHEDULING/PLANNING

Planning the job and scheduling is a big part of the painting process. Yet again we strive to be very Thorough in our approach. Picking colors, getting HOA approval, and preparing your job so that you can enjoy a smooth, care free, and worry free process.

STEP 4: PRODUCE JOB

At this point the job has begun! Prep work, cleaning, prepping exterior or interior surfaces, setting up the jobsite and so on. We move quickly and efficiently to produce a high quality job, and a professional experience for our clients. We care about you and your home. We don’t take it lightly you’ve chosen us for your paint job. It’s a big deal! It’s an investment. We take that seriously. Producing the job is where it all comes together. Each day we are there if you have questions or concerns. And if there are any speed bumps or hiccups during the job, we fix it and make it right quickly! We do all the necessary prep work, we apply the paint safely and effectively and lastly we double check our work and begin the cleanup process.

STEP 5: FINAL WALKTHROUGH

Once the job is completed we make sure everything is in top top shape and everything has been done correctly. We don’t like to miss anything, so we are very careful when it comes to the final walkthrough. The final walkthrough takes place right before the final payout. We do it that way to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our work before it’s all said and done.

STEP 6: FOLLOW UP
